OSX running LION please read this guys NEWBIE To the Forums :-)

Hiya guys.

I have just started using a good number of passwords and it is has become clear to me that I will be using more. I have a trial of "1password" to try and keep myself organized, but wondered if you guys in the world of ant-virus can help me get the best program to stop me from getting hacked and wormed and protect me most efficiently against viruses. I am aware of the big "first OSX worm" and have protected myself against that via apples update.........

I have a really good Mac running OSxLion and I am fully aware that they should not be anything but secure. Call me paranoid but all sorts of weardness has been happening and I have had to do clean install with zero out twice in a month. I am training myself in SEO and that means there's a lot of code gurus hanging around sites that I am sometimes drawn too as a result of my research and training. I am not into code. I'm a musician really and use Pro Tools. I have always avoided Virus stuff because in the past it has caused system performance issues in the world of digital media. Don't know how much I need to worry about this nowadays though.

Massively grateful for recommendations. I guess I'l go download bit defender while waiting for you guys to scracth your heads. System config below - Great forum by the way - even I f I don't really understand what your all talking about. I just want to instal something that will kick ass and not slow my system down.
